Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Professional to lead our affiliate marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, preferably in a B2B or service-based business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ID and engage with strategic affiliates, influencers, agencies, and B2B partners aligned with business objectives.
  • Negotiate commission models and finalize contractual agreements with selected partners.
  • Maintain regular engagement with partners, sharing performance updates and actionable growth strategies.
  • Develop onboarding resources, training materials, and communication frameworks for partners.
  • Create and manage high-performing landing pages, banners, email templates, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized creatives and tailored partner offers.
  • Pitch mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities and onboard large-scale partners.
  • Oversee affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact.com, PartnerStack).
  • Track performance metrics, validate conversions, and manage timely payouts.
  • Conduct campaign performance reviews, implementing A/B tests to optimize results.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on KPIs and program performance.

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a B2B or service-based business.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, payout models, and tracking tools.
  • Experience with platforms like Impact.com, Refersion.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing assets, campaign briefs, and landing pages.
  • Analytical mindset - able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
