culture. We specialize in providing data-driven strategic advisory services for content marketing and social storytelling to brands.
Our comprehensive offerings include branded content, celebrity campaigns, equity and licensing-led partnerships, influencer
marketing, and community management. For creators, Big Bang Social functions as a platform that fosters connection,
collaboration, and the unlocking of brand opportunities, with a supportive community that actively contributes to their learning
and growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard creators to our affiliate marketing program.
Identify and reach out to potential creators through various channels, including calling them, social media, email, and
networking events. Create data rich lists for the same.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials for creators.
Provide ongoing support to creators, helping them maximize their earnings and optimize their promotional efforts.
Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize
performance.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the
team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, serving as their main point of contact for all affiliate-related inquiries
and support.
Data keeping all the campaigns that are live and we are pitching for.
Work in tandem with the data team to ensure Creators being added to the Affiliate team have rich data captured ensuring no
duplicates.
Requirements:
Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in Influencer and affiliate marketing, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding creators.
Basic understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with creators.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and affiliate marketing platforms/software and Data driven and great data keeping skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with influencers or content creators in a marketing or partnership role.
Knowledge of tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or affiliate tracking software.
Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in affiliate marketing and digital advertising.
Creativity and innovation in developing new strategies to engage and incentivize creators.
Certification in affiliate marketing or related field is a plus.
