Senior Finance Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing financial reconciliations, reviewing and verifying supplier invoices, preparing management reports, and overseeing monthly billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate financial data across various systems.
  • Review and record entries in the Business Operations System (BOS).
  • Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports and costing sheets.
  • Monitor receivables and prepare ageing reports.
  • Process invoices and accurately record receipts.

  • Assist auditors during financial audits and statement preparation.
  • Deliver invoices to airline clients and submit acknowledgments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Chartered Accountant Inter (CA Inter) with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (Finance) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications and financial systems.
Preferred Experience:
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles; experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to the aviation industry is a plus.

  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
  • Effective communicator across all organizational levels.
  • Collaborative and able to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working with various financial software and systems.
  • Ability to interpret airline operational manuals and apply financial insights.
