Accountant and Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant and Financial Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Design and execute test cases for accounting software to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Taxation, and Payroll.
  • Validate that double-entry bookkeeping principles are applied correctly across all transactions.
  • Ensure accurate posting, balancing, and reconciliation of ledgers.
  • Test compliance with relevant tax rules and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of taxation frameworks and prior experience in software testing or QA for financial applications is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with test management tools is desirable.
