Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent accounting skills and be proficient in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Process purchase orders, bills, and vendor credits, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, credit memos, and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Calculate and remit sales taxes and royalties as required.
  • Perform general accrual accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Monitor cash flow and budgets to ensure financial stability.
  • Prepare year-end tax documents for vendors and accountants.
  • Generate periodic financial reports as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
