Accounting Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Accounting Manager.

Job Description:
  1. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS/IGAAP requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  2. Tax Management: Manage all tax-related matters, including GST and direct tax compliance, to minimize liabilities and optimize tax benefits.
  3. Financial Presentations: Present quarterly and year-to-date financial results to the Board of Directors, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic initiatives.
  4. Investment Monitoring: Monitor investments and ensure IPS compliance at investment committee meetings, providing expert advice on portfolio optimization.
  5. Tax Coordination: Coordinate with the corporate tax team for statutory compliances and tax returns, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
Requirements:
  1. A Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 12 years of experience in finance and accounts, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and industry expertise.
  2. Proven experience working in non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and market trends.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, MIS, financial controls, and treasury management, enabling effective decision-making and risk assessment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Finalization of Accounts: Expertise in finalizing accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial statements.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Strong skills in financial planning and budgeting, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Treasury Management and Fund Raising: Proficiency in treasury management and fund raising, identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing cash flow.
  • Income Tax and GST Compliance: Knowledge of income tax and GST compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and minimizing tax liabilities.
  • Auditing and RBI Compliance: Familiarity with auditing and RBI compliance, conducting thorough audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
