Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Software Quality Assurance Professional with strong knowledge of quality assurance practices and hands-on experience in testing enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning & Documentation: Analyze project requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases, ensure thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements, and maintain clear documentation for all test processes and outcomes.
  • Test Execution: Conduct manual and automated testing including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, accurately log test results and report bugs or issues with precision.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA or similar, collaborate with development teams to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve issues.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage, communicate testing progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
  • Automation & Tools: Develop and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks, support ongoing improvement of the test automation framework and tools.
  • Process Improvement & Best Practices: Adhere to QA standards and best practices, contribute ideas for improving testing efficiency and product quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Around 3 years of experience in software testing.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Java or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
