Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team. As a Senior Manual Tester, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure software, platforms, and systems meet required standards of performance and reliability.
You will work closely with development, product, and operations teams to identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid background in testing enterprise applications.
This position requires experience in creating test plans, executing functional and regression testing, and documenting outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Test Planning and Execution: Design, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reporting.
- Collaboration: Work with developers and product managers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.
- Test Coverage: Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
- Manual Testing Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, preferably in telecom or enterprise applications.
- Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and defect management tools.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail with the ability to handle complex systems testing.
- Telecom Software Expertise: Experience in telecom software or network management systems is a strong plus.
- Relevant Certification: Relevant certification (e.g., ISTQB) preferred.
