Job Overview

The role of the Technical Architect encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities, from design and implementation to maintenance and support. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs.

Key aspects of this role include working closely with clients and internal teams to devise technology solutions, collaborating on project discovery and definition workshops, and developing CRM solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, and J2EE technologies.

  • Designing and implementing ground-breaking technical solutions, including application design, development, and support.
  • Leading and mentoring development and QA teams on projects.
  • Creating and delivering CRM solutions in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Advocating and implementing standard process development methodologies for quality delivery of enterprise solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in developing technology solutions.
  • 2+ years of client-facing project experience with increasing responsibility in systems development and business consulting.
  • Strong industries background, demonstrated ability in Telecommunication/Media, Financial Services, Healthcare, and experience with EPC, CPQ, and OM solutions.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Salesforce SFDC, APEX, J2EEm HTML, Java, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Ability to define system landscapes, identify gaps, and deliver CRM solutions.
