Key Technical Architect Role

The position requires a seasoned technology professional to spearhead the implementation lifecycle of Salesforce industry-specific solutions. The ideal candidate will design and build efficient solutions for clients and partners in various sectors, including telecommunications, healthcare, and financial services.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of cloud-computing ecosystems and the ability to develop cross-cloud solutions. The successful candidate will specialize in salesforce platforms and possess experience in designing software components with strong service-oriented architecture and integration background.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with delivery managers, functional solution architects, and clients to devise technology solutions that meet client needs and ensure accurate product usage.
  • Design ground-breaking technical solutions, work directly with customers to meet their business requirements, and lead project discovery and definition workshops.
  • Develop detailed designs of Salesforce-related projects from inception through production support using UML diagrams, design documentation, and best-practice methodologies.
  • Lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the community.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.
  • Strong Industries background and demonstrated ability in Telecommunication/Media, Financial Services, Healthcare.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and proficiency in programming using APEX, J2EE, HTML, Java, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience and hands-on experience in solutions/configuring EPC, CPQ, and OM solutions.
  • Proficiency in LWC and strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and controls.
  • Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
