Salesforce Solutions Developer

The Technical Architect will be responsible for supporting the entire implementation lifecycle, from prioritization to deployment in a dynamic ecosystem consisting of clients and partners. Key responsibilities include designing and building industry-specific Salesforce solutions for Vlocity Telecommunication, Healthcare, and Financial Services.

Additionally, they must maintain a comprehensive understanding of cloud-computing ecosystems and develop cross-cloud solutions.

• Work closely with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and clients to devise technology solutions that meet client needs and ensure software products are used accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales/pre-sales, engineering, other services) to increase the value of Salesforce Industry products and services for customers.
• Design innovative technical solutions and work directly with customers to meet business requirements using industry-standard methodologies.
• Lead and mentor development and QA teams on projects.
• Develop, support, and apply Salesforce-related projects, demonstrating leadership throughout the software development life cycle.
• Apply detailed design documentation and UML diagrams to develop Salesforce-related projects from inception to production support.
• Ensure systems accurately meet defined business expectations, implement proper testing, and supervise performance requirements by working with development teams.
• Deliver CRMs and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, and J2EE technologies in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Advocate and implement standard process development methodology to drive quality delivery of enterprise solutions, developing POCs or assisting customers with complex coding tasks.
• Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice, contributing to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the community.

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions and 2+ years of client-facing project experience in positions of increasing responsibility within systems development and related business consulting.

• Hands-on experience with EPC, CPQ, and OM solutions

• Experience in designing and developing software components, Service-Oriented Architecture, and integration
• Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, APEX, J2Eem HTML, Java, JavaScript, and XML for CRM solutions
• Strong experience with configuration, customization, and programming using APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances from scratch
• Knowledge in LWC
• Practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and controls

The ideal candidate will have the ability to define system landscapes, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver CRM solutions.

Additional experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.

Candidates should be able to lead teams in analyzing complex problems and designing/ implementing related solutions.

Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate new concepts, technologies, and solutions is essential.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are required.

A willingness to travel to client sites as needed is also necessary.
