We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team with 2-3 years of TP experience. A CA qualification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transfer pricing projects under guidance, ensuring compliance with established processes.
  • Mentor junior team members on transfer pricing matters, promoting professional growth.
  • ID international transactions, draft FAR analysis, and conduct benchmarking research.
  • Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation and study reports.
  • Assist in tax litigation, interpret case law, and present arguments before Transfer Pricing Officers.
  • Support the tax team during audits by filing relevant forms.
  • Ensure seamless compliance through transfer pricing form submissions (Master File, CbCR).
  • Analyze and apply international tax rules and regulations effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong learning mindset, staying updated on TP laws in India and the UAE, catering to a global clientele.
  • Have hands-on expertise in Global transfer Pricing regulations and compliance.
  • Contribute to TP planning, structuring, and BEPS-related compliance initiatives.
  • Support client engagements across advisory, documentation, and litigation services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis.
  • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing is highly desirable.
