Sr. Creative Strategist Job Description

The Role:

  • Creative direction for multiple brands across various industries, encompassing campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative concept development and pitch showcases.
  • Present comprehensive campaign plans and scripts to clients.
  • Maintain high-quality work standards and explore opportunities for industry recognition.
  • Work under the Creative Lead's guidance, receiving feedback and references for campaigns and tasks.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on tasks ranging from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team.
  • Communicate briefs to junior creatives to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Implement revisions based on internal or external feedback and manage timelines for client goals.
  • Promote ideas throughout the production process.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competitors, and target audiences.
