Job Overview

Our organization seeks a seasoned sales professional to spearhead the growth of its Construction Chemical Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product visibility and sales expansion through strategic partnerships with dealers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to enhance product visibility and sales momentum.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide technical support for product applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the construction chemical or chemicals industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization; Diploma in Chemical also considered.
  • Strong understanding of construction chemicals and excellent communication skills.
