Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth execution of material counts, movements, and internal transportation of goods directly impacting our operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain Management Team, Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance) to manage inventory accuracy and much more.
  • Plan and manage stock entry and material receipt, coordinating line feeding and internal movement of goods, overseeing packing, shipping, and outbound transportation.
  • Maintain the integrity of inventory processes and ensure accurate tracking and management of scrap.
  • Adhere to and improve internal and external logistics standards, contributing to team management and performance analysis.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including line feeding coordination and internal material movement activities.
  • Expertise in ensuring delivery readiness of materials in the warehouse to the assembly line.
  • Familiarity with supply chain information systems and proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, flexible to work in 2 shift, 5 days a week.
