Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with the organization and maintenance of data within our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role:
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering information into our database system. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data, which informs key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database system
• Verify the accuracy of data entered by reviewing reports and conducting quality checks
• Develop and maintain accurate and complete records of data entry activities
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve data-related issues

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
