We are looking for an trainer for our students computer training requirements.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic IT Trainer to educate our employees on various aspects of information technology. The IT Trainer will design and conduct training programs that will help employees improve their technical skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and possess excellent communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions.

• Design technical manuals using simple language
• Conduct role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily
• Research and recommend learning systems
• Apply educational methods to engage trainees (e.g. gamification-based platforms)
• Train new employees on proper use of hardware and software
• Perform regular organization-wide trainings on system security
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session
• Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
