Assistant Professor for BCA

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate students in the 
  Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
   program.
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical lab sessions on core BCA subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments as per university/AICTE guidelines.
• Guide students in academic projects, internships, and software development exercises.
• Conduct research, publish papers, and contribute to the department's academic initiatives.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and institutional events.
• Mentor and counsel students on academic and professional concerns.

Key Subjects:

• Programming Languages (C, C++, Java, Python)
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• Database Management Systems (DBMS)
• Operating Systems & Computer Networks
• Software Engineering & Web Technologies
• Emerging Technologies (AI, Cloud Computing, etc.)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) / M.Sc (Computer Science/IT) with at least 55% marks.
• NET qualification is mandatory

for eligibility as Assistant Professor.
- Ph.D. in Computer Applications or relevant field preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at undergraduate/postgraduate level desirable.
- Strong programming, technical, and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate modern teaching methods and ICT tools into the classroom.
