Role Overview

The English Trainer cum Centre Coordinator will be responsible for training students in spoken and written English, soft skills, and personality development, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the training centre. This is a dual role requiring strong teaching skills, leadership, and administrative abilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Responsibilities

  • Conduct English language classes (spoken English, grammar, business communication, soft skills).
  • Design and deliver lesson plans, training modules, and interactive activities.
  • Assess students' performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
  • Mentor students on personality development, confidence building, and interview preparation.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.

Centre Coordination Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the centre and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate with trainers, staff, and students to ensure effective delivery of programs.
  • Manage centre infrastructure, schedule classes, and monitor utilization of resources.
  • Maintain student data, MIS reports, and share progress updates with management.
  • Organize community outreach activities and mobilize students for enrolment.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the centre, addressing queries and resolving issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in English / Education / Humanities (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 0–3 years of experience as an English Trainer / Communication Skills Trainer.
  • Prior experience in managing or coordinating a training centre preferred.
  • Strong command over written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both training & administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic MIS reporting.
