Service Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Operations Manager to lead our service operations for press part tooling customers. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to drive business growth and improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service operations to ensure timely execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
  • Resolve customer complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate across departments for smooth service delivery, driving continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain service documentation and performance reports to ensure compliance with pharma engineering standards and safety protocols.
  • Drive business growth by collaborating with sales and R&D teams for customer feedback and product enhancements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to optimize service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering/Tooling industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance, effective communication and customer relationship skills.
