Service Operations Specialist

This role is for a skilled professional who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of life insurance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process service requests, including address changes and updates to policy data.
- Handle routine tasks such as corrections to policy data, transaction reversals, and reinstatements.
- Maintain and update policy records according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure service quality.
- Research and resolve escalated issues or incomplete transactions related to policy servicing.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in the Life Insurance domain focusing on quality, accuracy, and accountability.
- Experience in a professional environment working regularly scheduled shifts.
- Effective business communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
- Basic Email/Letter writing skills.
- Good understanding of MS Excel and MS-Outlook.
- Life Insurance domain knowledge is essential preferably Annuities.
Work Environment:
The work mode is hybrid but we require comfort in working 5 days from office if needed. Shift hours are between 5:30 p.m IST - 2:30 a.m IST and 6:30 p.m IST - 3:30 a.m IST.
