Job Description:

The Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational efficiency.

This high-impact role involves solving complex, cross-functional problems that require clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Sales to maximise revenue, working closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs, owning and driving key partnerships, leading company-wide initiatives, and supporting strategic hiring efforts.

Successful candidates will have 2+ years of early-stage startup experience, love all things business and sales, be comfortable with operating in disorder, and possess extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
