Job Title: Identity & Access Data Specialist

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day operations for the Identity & Access Management – Data Services function by ensuring native user data is aggregated to Onecert. This includes performing monitoring activities to ensure data quality and monthly metrics are achieved.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure user data is refreshed to Onecert periodically, as per defined timelines, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/ Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, source, convert and upload user lists to Onecert.
  • Conduct regular reviews and adherence to established processes to ensure all reports are generated and follow defined escalation procedures.
  • Fulfill business requests for sourcing user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams for user list sourcing, understanding application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlight and mitigate risk pertaining to IAM process and The Bank.
  • Support IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.
  • Undertake periodical reviews and exercises related to Application security for compliance to current procedures/processes and implement enhancements.

Regulatory & Business Conduct:

  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding high standards of ethics across Standard Chartered Bank.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Lead the IAM Data Services team to achieve set outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excel VBA and Macros certification.
  • English language proficiency.
