Join a dynamic team and embark on an exciting career journey as an Import Specialist. As a crucial member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end import processes, ensuring seamless clearance, and driving compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee the importation of Finished Goods and Packaging Materials, coordinating with vendors, logistics providers, customs agents, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient clearance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align import timelines with business needs, leveraging your expertise in supply chain management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers, government authorities, and regulatory consultants, fostering a culture of cooperation and open communication.
  • Monitor and stay updated on changing import/export regulations and global compliance requirements, providing expert advice to management and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in import operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including customs clearance, FDA regulations, and other statutory obligations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-optimization strategies.
