Global Import Specialist

As a critical member of our global supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end import operations for finished goods and packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with vendors, customs agents, freight forwarders, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless import clearance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the registration of finished goods with India FDA, USFDA, and CDSCO as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of import documentation, licenses, and regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align import timelines with business objectives.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with overseas suppliers, government authorities, and regulatory consultants.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing import/export regulations and global compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in import operations, logistics, and customs clearance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in India and abroad.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
