About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients unlock the full potential of our products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy Standard integrations/applications for customers using Enterprise integration/application tools.
  • Lead a team from a functional and technical perspective and enable effective communication between the team and stakeholders.
  • Have a deep understanding of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors products to aid in workshops and architect solutions.
  • Provide timely services to customers to keep satisfaction levels high.
  • Work with global teams regularly and handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point in time.
  • Grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 7+ years of IT experience.
  • Strong SAP HCM/SuccessFactors API knowledge and/or experience.
  • Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors standard integrations.
  • Experience in BIB, ABAP HR with strong knowledge or inclination towards SAP HCM Functional or SuccessFactors Functional.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Location: Bangalore & Gurgaon only.

We have good experience in implementing SuccessFactors standard cloud integrations from various modules like EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Learning to SAP S4Hana, SAP On premise, and 3rd party cloud vendors. We also have good experience in data replication and migration for various entities like User, organization, time, and etc. We have good functional experience of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
