About Us:

Market Research Expert

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Expert to partner with our National Market Research team in assisting clients with data offerings transition from IQVIA legacy to new product offerings.
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with web-based business intelligence tools used to extract and analyze national market research data.
  • This role will involve working closely with National analysts to research, analyze and respond to client inquiries that may be complex and non-routine.
  • In addition to providing exceptional support to the team, you will maintain effective internal communications with client service team members as it relates to client deliverables.
  • You will ensure, through review and verification, that the product deliverable meets the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3-4 years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of IQVIA National products and services is preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical knowledge/experience is also preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
  • An effective communicator (written and oral) with ability to understand complex concepts, processes while multitasking, managing time, and prioritizing.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and strong customer service skills.
  • Good business acumen and ability to work independently.
