Your primary goal as a Quality Assurance Engineer at our organization is to ensure that software products are delivered with the highest standards by systematically testing and validating their functionality.
In addition, your technical prowess will contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will possess strong experience as a Manual Tester with a proven track record, 2+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing, and in-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and project management principles.
You will also have proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries, ability to document errors meticulously and troubleshoot issues effectively, expertise in test case execution, bug reporting, and defect tracking.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability are essential for this role. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech) is required.

Onboarding Process:
- First Month: You will undergo training on solutions, gaining a deep understanding of the major products we work with.
- First 3 Months: You will be assigned to a vertical within the team and start working with the Lead. Start creating or updating test cases based on the product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- First 6 Months: By this time you will be fully involved in the requirement discussions along with developers and Product managers.
