**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

* At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
* Experience with Six Sigma tools and methodologies is highly valued.
* Proficiency in TNA (Test Negotiation Agreement) and TNI (Test Notification Interface) management, as well as BQ (Business Quality) management, is also desirable.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities quickly is essential.
* Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address identified issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate quality metrics and results to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
