- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mails.
- Maintain accurate visitor records and ensure the front desk area is well-maintained.
- Provide basic administrative support including data entry and filing.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and email handling.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers and scanners.
