We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to empower MSME businesses across various industries by providing tailored coaching sessions, upselling allied services, and driving high-ticket sales.

As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing one-on-one business coaching to help business owners build robust systems across key functions, including marketing, sales, operations, and business finance.
  • Assessing clients' business challenges and upselling marketing and HR services to ensure growth.
  • Acting as a program guide during Masterclass events, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.
  • Closing high-ticket sales through consultative selling techniques.
  • Building relationships with clients to ensure renewals and referrals.
  • Engaging with clients before Masterclass events to understand their businesses and primary challenges.
  • Driving attendance and engagement in pre-Masterclass sessions to ensure 100% attendance in the main event.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales Expertise:
  1. Proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services through consultative selling approaches.
  • Strong one-on-one sales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Coaching or Training Experience (Preferred):
  1. Experience in delivering coaching or training sessions to business owners is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of MSME business challenges across various industries.
  • Relationship Management:
  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage nurturing campaigns and drive client engagement effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge:
  1. Familiarity with MSME businesses and industries such as manufacturing, services, retail, and more.
  • Additional Skills:
  1. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
