Job Opportunity: F&B Management Role

 

1. Oversee all Food and Beverage operations, maintaining high standards and ensuring profitability.

2. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

3. Develop innovative menus, source ingredients, and continuously improve processes to enhance the customer experience.

4. Anticipate customer needs and respond proactively to their concerns.

5. Lead a skilled team by recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel to drive success.

6. Establish key performance indicators, schedules, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day F&B operations

• Develop and implement menu strategies

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers

• Foster a positive work environment and motivate team members

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Analyze sales trends and adjust inventory accordingly

Requirements:

• Proven track record in F&B management or a related field

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively

• Excellent analytical and financial skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control practices

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, or a related field
