Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solution Architect to administer and support our cloud security solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and updating our security policies, access controls, and authentication settings to ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance frameworks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration: Maintain and update security policies, access controls, and authentication settings to ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance frameworks.
  • System Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor dashboards for alerts, anomalies, and performance metrics, providing regular reports on threat activity, usage trends, and compliance status.
  • User Support & Issue Resolution: Provide user support for Zscaler-related issues, collaborating with IT teams to resolve connectivity, access, and policy-related problems. Escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Documentation & Change Management: Maintain detailed documentation including configuration records, troubleshooting guides, network diagrams, and change logs. Ensure all updates follow change management protocols.
  • Client Engagement & Coordination: Participate in client meetings, status calls, and planning sessions, communicating technical updates, policy changes, and recommendations clearly and professionally. Liaise with client IT teams, cybersecurity personnel, and vendors to ensure smooth operation and integration of security solutions.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Support client compliance initiatives by ensuring configurations align with regulatory frameworks. Assist with audit preparation and evidence collection.
  • Platform Maintenance & Updates: Stay informed about product updates and coordinate implementation of new features or integrations. Recommend improvements based on evolving security needs and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a cloud security administration role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and implementing cloud security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of security policies, access controls, and authentication settings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
