  • Utilize SQL Profiler to identify root causes of technical issues
  • Evaluate and escalate cases to Development or higher-level analysts as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference
  • Collaborate with team members across multiple global locations to resolve technical issues
