Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our AI/GenAI platform. This is a senior role that involves defining and managing the platform's vision, roadmap, and lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, experience with product management in a technical environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • This role requires defining and communicating the strategic vision for AI/GenAI development platforms aligned with organizational goals.
  • You will develop a dynamic roadmap for platform evolution, prioritizing features based on emerging AI trends and team feedback.
  • This includes setting the platform's vision, managing its lifecycle, and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.
  • You will oversee the complete product lifecycle, from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and timely updates.
  • You will provide technical guidance on development best practices and support a range of AI activities from data processing to deployment.
  • You will lead user training initiatives and create comprehensive documentation to enhance platform proficiency among internal teams.
  • You will continuously monitor platform performance and iterate on enhancements based on user feedback and technological advancements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering with 10-15 years of experience as a Product Manager or Owner, preferably in AI/ML or technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and development processes.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Prior experience in managing AI/ML platforms or tools, familiarity with software development and data science workflows, leadership experience in a technical product management role, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans are desirable but not essential.
