About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and driven Platform Success Expert to help us foster strong relationships with schools and parents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with schools and activity providers across the city
  • Establish partnerships with schools by explaining our platform and gathering essential information about their classes
  • Verify class schedules, fees, and other details through phone and WhatsApp conversations
  • Engage with parents who submitted inquiries, asking about their experience and how we can provide further assistance
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and feedback

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Friendly, empathetic, and confident in phone and WhatsApp interactions
  • Able to follow established processes, use templates, and update records efficiently
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and prioritize responsibilities
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles
  • Education: Graduate (any stream), or currently pursuing studies and available part-time
  • Candidates with an educational background will be given preference
