Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an SCCM & Intune Administrator.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and deploying SCCM solutions, with a strong focus on inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and image management. They will also be responsible for designing and deploying medium to large-scale SCCM environments, including single and multi-tier sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and image management using SCCM and Intune.
  • Experience in developing, standardizing, and implementing Microsoft SCCM solutions.
  • Sound knowledge of various imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology.
  • Ability to develop custom deployment scripts (VBS, batch, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SCCM Client Management Suite at all levels.
  • Ability to resolve tasks escalated by Level 2 teams.
  • Ability to create custom scripts for gathering inventory from clients.

  2. Develop Windows 10 images and support the deployment of images for both new installations and re-imaged devices.
  3. Manage Windows 10 image lifecycle by maintaining Windows 10 images up-to-date with OS updates, driver updates, application and settings updates/additions/removals.
  4. Use SCCM to manage adjacent Microsoft services that have integrations embedded into the SCCM console, such as Office365, Adobe, and other third-party catalogs/updates, Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker provisioning, Edge, and Microsoft Defender.
Others:

The selected candidate will work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of SCCM and Intune solutions. They will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize system performance.
