Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining the foundation of our technology environment.

  • This involves collaborating with internal and business partners to deliver reliable, innovative, and value-driven experiences.

A day in the life of an Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure Specialist:

  • You'll serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • You'll provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • You'll act as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).

Key Tools and Applications:

  • ServiceNow
  • Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Microsoft PowerShell
  • Jira
  • Confluence

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows).
  • Strong knowledge in:
    • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
    • Device Lifecycle Management (enrollment, updates, configuration, retirement)
    • Troubleshooting & remote management
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
