**Team Director Role Summary**

The Team Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations within the Audit & Assurance Department. This position entails ensuring timely client communication, maintaining quality control over team outputs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  • Ensure regular updates on project status and timely reporting to clients.
  • Review and validate team outputs (Workings, Audit reports, and Certifications) while maintaining structured documentation.
  • Consolidate daily submissions from project leaders and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Hold regular team meetings and coordinate with senior management as needed.
  • Cascade training received from senior management to project leaders and guide team members towards achieving performance benchmarks.
  • Maintain discipline and professionalism at all times.
  • Prepare and present project observations to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Identify and develop potential leaders across projects.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

  • Strong understanding of audit standards and processes.
  • Expertise in reviewing and analyzing audit work papers.
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting, compliance requirements, and documentation best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
