Lead Securities Operations Team

Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned leader to lead our Securities Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of securities operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of specialists in transactional tasks, ensuring quality and compliance in securities operations.
  • Provide support as the first point of contact for all delivery tasks and escalations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets delivery expectations and resolve issues related to reporting, career path, and related activities for direct reports.
  • Collaborate and influence professionals across all levels, including more experienced managers.
  • Lead the team to achieve objectives.
  • Manage the allocation of people and financial resources for securities operations.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Qualifications:

Required qualifications include 2+ years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Additionally, 1+ year of Leadership experience is necessary.

Desired qualifications include People Management responsibilities, Team Leadership & Oversight, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Operational Excellence, Communication & Collaboration, Compliance & Risk Management, and Change Management.
