Electrical Maintenance Expert

  • We are seeking an experienced electrical maintenance professional to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in electrical systems to ensure smooth operation of Caster, Tunnel Furnace, and Rolling mill equipment. As an Electrical Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including Caster, Tunnel Furnace, and Rolling mill equipment.
  2. Conduct troubleshooting and breakdown analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  3. Maintain accurate records of work progress, noting any issues or concerns.
  4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  5. Schedule and obtain project materials and labor resources as needed.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electrical maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and handling shift activities of electrical systems in Caster, Tunnel Furnace, and Rolling mill environments.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high-quality work standards and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with supervisory licenses for HT/LT systems and ability to obtain necessary certifications.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
