Key Role: Electrical Maintenance Expertise
As a seasoned electrical maintenance professional, you will direct and coordinate all electrical maintenance activities across the organization. Your responsibility will be to manage maintenance procedures, ensure timely implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance, and monitor equipment performance.
Primary Accountabilities- Electrical Maintenance Management
- Develop and implement detailed maintenance plans to guarantee safe execution of activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor equipment efficiency and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Consumables Management
- Review requirements for new equipment or major repairs and propose alternative solutions.
- Optimize consumables usage based on annual business plans.
- Safety & Innovation
- Implement daily activities to maintain a secure work environment.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety gear.
- Performance Enhancement
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Perform quality control analysis and suggest process improvements.
- Leadership Development
- Complete departmental performance reviews and skill assessments.
- Encourage employee engagement and participation.
