Electrical Maintenance Specialist

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance activities, and supervisory skills. They should be able to plan, coordinate, and execute day-to-day maintenance activities efficiently.

  • This role involves organizing maintenance schedules, handling shift activities, and ensuring that all plant equipment and machinery are in good working condition.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating preventative maintenance procedures, planning routine maintenance, and documenting progress reports.
  • They will also be expected to manage spare parts inventory, reduce breakdown time, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance activities in Caster, Tunnel Furnace, and Rolling mill
  • Supervise maintenance personnel, provide technical expertise, and ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Plan and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities, including shift work
  • Create plant preventative maintenance procedures and document daily progress reports
  • Manage spare parts inventory, reduce breakdown time, and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Diploma in Electrical with 6-8 years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Caster, Tunnel Furnace, and Rolling mill maintenance
  • Experience in supervisory roles, handling shift activities, and maintaining electrical systems
  • Ability to join within one month from the date of offer
  • Supervisory license for HT/LT systems
