Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electric locomotives. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real impact in the industry.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with our locomotives. You will use your technical skills and knowledge to diagnose problems and implement solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting maintenance and repair work on our locomotives, which may involve disassembling, replacing defective components, and reassembling.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will work closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure that our locomotives are operating safely and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic discipline
  • More than 10 years of working experience in rolling stock
  • Good technical knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting in electric locomotives
  • Depth knowledge in locomotive components
  • Experience as a Trouble shooter or Component Specialist
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
