The RME Coordinator III plays a pivotal role in overseeing facility administration activities, ensuring the successful completion of daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to the PPM schedule.
This position requires collaboration with vendors for systems under warranty AMC, monitoring energy consumption readings, performing DG maintenance, and troubleshooting all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities also include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials. Additionally, this role involves work on relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders.
A commitment to supporting production through safe and customer-focused work is essential. Minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, as well as fixed furniture and OPS equipment like Trolley Cages, Carts, Fire Alarm, and Fire extinguishers regular checks, is expected.
Regular attendance at electrical works, height work, and hot work permit issuance is necessary, including minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls, providing daily reports on TT closures, open cases, RCA, tools inventory updates, and PPM schedule maintenance.
The RME team aims to set benchmarks for safety, reliability, and maintenance engineering, recognized for sustainability initiatives, YoY cost optimization, and people inclusivity, with the North Star goal of being BAA in RME across geographies by 2030.
