We are seeking a highly skilled IB Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and onboard top talent for Investment Banking roles.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract mid to senior-level candidates in the IB / Capital Markets domain.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Utilize data insights to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of total recruitment experience, with a minimum of 3 years in IB/Capital Markets hiring, and have team handling experience. They should be hands-on with C2H hiring, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and be proficient in using ATS and professional platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
