About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Lead or IC (Individual Contributor) with strong experience hiring for Investment Banking (IB) or Capital Markets domains. You will play a pivotal role in building high-performing teams by partnering to attract and onboard top talent.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles in the IB / Capital Markets / BFSI domain

Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

Strategize and execute sourcing plans to attract niche investment banking talent

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through market mapping, referrals, networking, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter

Deliver a superior candidate experience and ensure timely communication at every stage

Use data insights to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-efficiency

Coach and mentor junior recruiters within the team

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of total recruitment experience with minimum 3 years in IB/Capital Markets hiring, and should have team handling experience (3 member)

Looking for hands on experience in C2H Hiring only

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Hands-on experience using ATS and professional platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Search

Analytical mindset with focus on hiring metrics and quality delivery
