We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and deploying internal email campaigns, managing Marketo programs and smart campaigns, and ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance of all internal campaigns.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute email marketing strategies that drive business results.">
  • Build, test, and deploy internal email campaigns (e.g., newsletters, event invites, marketing emails) using best practices and creativity.">
  • Create and manage Marketo programs, smart campaigns, email templates, landing pages, and forms to achieve campaign goals.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance metrics.">
  • Develop reusable assets (tokenized programs, templates) to improve efficiency and consistency in campaign execution.">
  • Stay up-to-date with Marketo releases, system updates, and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.">
  • Maintain internal distribution lists and audience segmentation using smart lists and dynamic content to target specific audiences effectively.">

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in email marketing automation using Marketo or similar platforms.">
  • Strong knowledge of smart campaigns, flow steps, forms, segmentation, and tokens.">
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.">
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (D365) and integrations is a plus.">
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.">
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.">
  • Market-driven approach to email marketing with a focus on data-driven decision making.">
