Job Title: Seasonal Benefits Administrator

This is a seasonal contract role for 6 months at Amazon's Benefits Experience & Technology Team (BXT). The BXT My HR Benefits Team provides benefits-specific assistance to Amazon employees.

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Benefits Administrator to join our Benefits Center team. The Benefits Administrator is a subject matter expert who specializes in benefits, including H&W, additional life benefits, retirement, and stock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist internal customers (employees) with benefits inquiries.
  • Resolve benefit inquiries on first contact and escalate unresolved inquiries to the Tier 2 team when necessary.
  • Demonstrate ownership and ensure all benefit inquiries are resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Utilize excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize quality and customer experience.
  • Exercise disciplined problem-solving skills and ability to execute solutions.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience working in Benefits and/or Human Resources role or Contact center environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced college education in a related field.
  • Experience working within a global organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of human resources experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
