Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Quality Support Programs in assigned states.

  • Responsibilities:
  • • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of Quality Support Programs in assigned states.
  • • Ensuring optimization of usage and improvement of school infrastructure and facilities.
  • • Activating various critical processes in schools such as sports, assembly, schedule, library, SDP, student committees, forum, teacher professional development, and other student-centered activities and events.
  • • Coordinating smooth academic and co-scholastic operations, including sports day, annual day, republic day, community volunteering, PTM, etc.
  • • Assisting in formulating Annual Operating Plans, submitting monthly budget provisions, and monitoring daily expenses of regions.
  • • Supporting recruitment of Academic Mentors/Trainers in consultation with HR.
  • • Building and nurturing long-term partnerships with stakeholders, including community members, parents, government bodies, and authorities.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • • MSW/MBA/Postgraduate in Rural Development or related field.
  • • Experience in implementing education programs, preferably with 5-10 years of experience.
